看完了電影之後最近買了小說來看

劇情內容大致上差不多

是以巧為第一人稱視點來敘述整個故事

但是對於巧的病情與佑司的性格描述比電影中多了不少

電影中原本扮演重要腳色的日記本

小說裡是一位巧與澪都認識的孤單老人...
